Bhubaneswar Sex Racket: Sunil Meher taken on 4-day remand

Sunil Meher, the main operator of the International sex racket in Bhubaneswar, 300 women were engaged under him.

Bhubaneswar Commissionerate Police said around 300 women have been engaged by him across India.

He also revealed that around 150 girls, mostly college students, worked as paid girlfriends for rich customers across the country.

On March 23 Commissionerate Police raid at Sree Vihar in Chandrasekharpur and Somesh, an associate of Meher, was arrested while waiting for a client at an apartment with a foreign lady.

Sunil Meher was arrested at the Kolkata airport by the Quick Action Team of the Commissionerate Police while he arrived on a flight from Ahmedabad. Meher was wanted in connection to nine cases of running sex rackets in Odisha and across India. He was then taken on a four-day remand by the Commissionerate Police.
