Utkal University website hacked by a Pakistani cyber agency

The website of the Utkal University has been hacked by a Pakistani cyber agency.

The hacker named ‘Pak Cyber Attackers’ has managed to handle the university’s www.utkaluniversity.ac.in and put the national flag of Pakistan on its home page.

According to reports, the official site of the government-run univerrsity was hacked by Faisal 1337.

Besides, the national flag of Pakistan with ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ and ‘We Are Team Pak Cyber Attacker’ written on it are also displayed on the homepage of the hacked website.

Moreover, ‘Greetz to: Pak Cyber Attacker-MaDLeets-Pak Haxor Crew-Pak Cyber Expert-Team Maximizers-Xploiters—PakBugs-AnonGhost-ZHC-Pak Cyber Army-The Hacker Army-And All Pakistani Hacker Team’ is also written on the website.

Access to the hacked website has now been blocked.

Utkal University Vice Chancellor Ashok Das said, “We have blocked the access to the website. The site will be live after the necessary changes.”

When contacted Special DG Crime BK Sharma, he said “We have not received any compliant in this regard. However, we have got some information regarding the hacking of Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) website.”
