Odisha swimmer Pratyasha Ray won three gold medals and one silver medal at South Asian Aquatic Championship 2016 held at Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Pratyasha won gold medals in 4X100m relay and 4X100m mixed relay at the championship.
She also won a silver medal in the 50m backstroke category at the championship.
Competing and einning against the SAARC countries that includes Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal and Srilanka, Pratyasha is the first odia swimmer to have won an international medal in swimming.
The swimming star has won many medals at national level earlier.
Pratysha Ray’s Parents Rajat Kumar Ray native of Sargul in Bargad district, but the family is staying Laxmisagar of Bhubaneswar.
